It seems to me that creating an extended Compiler/Code Generator backend based on llvm could fulfill a few of these requests ? I understand the goal of the project is to create the whole human-computer interaction stack but using llvm might be an adaquate solution for the prototype phase. --Nemerle 23:57, 11 May 2008 (PDT)

About performance profiling -- I needed it in Jolt, not Pepsi. Is the intention to not add that functionality at the jolt level, only at the level of the languages "above" Jolt? --DanAmelang 11:56, 26 November 2008 (PST)
